Exhibitors submitting their staff list: PLEASE hold off on sending in any names until we request doing so, which takes place estimated two weeks prior to the event. The reason for this is over the years of having the event, we get numerous e-mails to “please add or please take off” a person(s), which creates an internal disorder when you take each company with a gate list that is ever changing for each individual company. So we kindly ask, please refrain from sending any names and work on ONE master list that is in good order so we can handle the gate in the most efficient manor. Additionally, we cannot add names the day of the event, the master list that your company turns in will be considered final.
